Pre-payment Top-up

Top-up your EEMonitor online via our Pre-payment system. Payments are processed securely via Paypoint. You can register an account or choose to make a guest payment. It’s quick, easy and secure, and credit will be transferred to the EEMonitor in your home. 

Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Refund / Cancellation Policy – The payments are not refundable, exclusions apply.

To make a payment over the phone using our automated payment system please call 0115 955 66 77, choosing Option 2 followed by Option 1. This service is available 24hrs per day, 7 days a week.
